IPAF Mission

 

The Institute for Food Fortification and Fight on Hidden Hunger (IPAF) has the mission to generate, integrate and transfer
scientific and technological knowledge and contribute to human resource qualification on strategic fields related to hunger and malnutrition, especially due to food micronutrient deficiency, aiming to fight and eradicate hidden hunger nationally and internationally, always based on environmentally sustainable technology.  We at IPAF/UFV endorse food technological and bio-fortification strategies.
